PayCNF platform fees (if any) are generally non-refundable unless there was a system error preventing service delivery.
If you are a payer (customer) seeking a refund for a payment made to a merchant via a PayCNF link, you must contact the merchant directly. PayCNF does not control the funds.
Payment Gateway MDR (Merchant Discount Rate) is charged by the gateway and is subject to their refund policies. PayCNF has no control over MDR refunds.
Approved refunds are typically processed by the gateway within 5-7 business days.
